Scope: Wall and Ceiling Framing BIM Modeling & Coordination

Modeling responsibilities included interior and exterior stud walls, ceiling framing, soffits, and structural supports, all aligned with contract documents and shop drawing requirements. The models incorporated constructible-level detail, including backing, penetrations, mechanical clearances, and coordination zones.
