A six-story, 26,000 SF ground-up residential development featuring 81 modern units, ground-level retail and community space, and a dedicated parking garage. NCE BIM Consulting provided MEP coordination, clash detection, modeling, construction documentation, and as-built services to ensure seamless execution and quality delivery.

HQ Annex

NCE BIM Consulting provided detailed wall and ceiling framing BIM modeling and coordination for Pillar over a 3-month period. The scope covered the loading dock, levels 1–4, roof, and penthouse, including constructible models of all cold-formed metal framing components. NCE led multi-trade clash detection and integrated updates across disciplines to support layout, prefabrication, and on-site installation.
